“Eat Your Fruit & Veggies!”
Years ago I started peeling the identification stickers daily off of the fruit & veggies I was eating & putting them onto a 4” by 6” rectangle. I did this for a year and then started on another sheet of paper for another year and continue to this day. These sticker sheets are small & easy maps of what I eat in my everyday life. With the drawings off to the side I mapped out where I get this food from and where the majority of the food is grown & how it travels to get to where I buy it. I also mapped the food I grow & pick myself.
